Community Guidelines

Be real

• Members must be 18 or older. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed.
• Use your real age and recent photos that clearly show you. Don't use other people's photos, celebrities, cartoons or AI-generated faces.
• One person, one account. No fake, duplicate, shared or business accounts.

Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, bullying, stalking or unwanted repeated contact. If someone isn't interested, move on.
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or age.
• Respect cultural differences — DateCN brings together people from many countries.

Keep it appropriate

• No nudity, sexually explicit content or sexual solicitation. Profile photos must be fully clothed.
• No violent, graphic or illegal content, and never any content that sexualises minors — we report it to the authorities.
• Don't share anyone's private information (addresses, phone numbers, documents, private photos) without consent.

No scams or commercial activity

• Never ask members for money, gifts, loans, investments, cryptocurrency, bank or card details — and never send them.
• No advertising, spam, links to other services, recruitment, escort or sex-work services, or 'sugar' arrangements.
• Romance and investment scams are serious violations and lead to an immediate ban.

Play fair with the platform

• No bots, scripts, scraping or mass messaging.
• Don't try to get around blocks, bans or safety features, or create new accounts after being banned.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the report button on any profile or message, and block anyone you don't want to hear from. Reports are confidential. Our team reviews reports and photos and may remove content, limit features or suspend or ban accounts. If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal from your account settings.
