Choose “Create account” on the sign-in page, enter your name, email, a password of at least 8 characters and your birth date, then click the link in the verification email. You must be 18 or older.

Check your spam or promotions folder and wait a minute. Signing in again sends a new link. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us with the address you used.

On the sign-in page choose “Forgot password?”, enter your email and follow the link we send to set a new password. The link expires after a short time.

Go to Settings → Two-step verification and scan the code with an authenticator app such as Apple Passwords, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. Keep your backup codes somewhere safe.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile is hidden immediately and deleted after a 30-day cooling-off period; the email we send lets you cancel before then.

A clear, recent photo of you alone, with your face visible. You can crop and zoom before uploading, add up to 6 photos and choose which one is your main photo.

To protect members from scams and spam, profiles can't contain phone numbers, messenger IDs, emails or links. Share them privately in messages once you trust someone.

Go to My profile (or Settings → Account) and choose “Hide for now”. Nobody can find you until you publish again; your conversations stay as they are.

An optional list of profiles that search engines can index. It is off by default; turn on “List me in the public member directory” in Settings → Privacy to appear there.

Discover suggests people whose preferences match yours both ways. Search shows everyone who fits the filters you choose, such as age, location, lifestyle and interests.

When you like someone and they like you back, you match. You'll find matches, likes, favorites and visitors under Matches.

First messages from people outside your “Looking for” choices go to Filtered so your inbox stays focused. Reply to one and it moves to your inbox.

A green dot means the member was active in the last few minutes. You can hide your own online status in Settings → Privacy.

You can message any visible member — you don't need to match first. Open their profile and choose “Send message”.

Replies are unlimited. To prevent spam, each member can start up to 30 new conversations in 24 hours.

When the other member has read your latest message, “Read” appears under it.

Yes — by email, and the Messages tab shows a red unread badge. You can change email notifications in Settings → Notifications.

Be careful if someone quickly declares strong feelings, avoids video calls, asks to move to another app straight away, or talks about investments, crypto, emergencies or money transfers.

Use “Report” on their profile or on a message. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our safety team.

You stop seeing each other in discover, search and messages, and they can't contact you. You can unblock them later from Matches → Blocked.

Never send money, gift cards or crypto to someone you met online. Report the member and stop replying.

Yes. Creating a profile, searching, matching and messaging are currently free.

Optional paid membership may be added in the future. We'll explain clearly before anything costs money, and core features will stay usable.
